Miami Wilds
Miami Wilds, when complete, will be the first new entertainment project anchored by a waterpark in the Miami market.
PROJECT SUMMARY
Miami-Dade County has spent the past 20 years planning and entitling a master planned waterpark development on publicly owned land neighboring ZooMiami.
In 2012, the County solicited proposals from developers/investors to develop it's ZooMiami Entertainment Area. Lambert Advisory, in conjunction with partners, submitted and has subsequently been awarded, the right to develop the more than $99 million project.
Lambert Advisory has been spearheading the Miami Wilds Project. The project components include a water park, hotel and retail elements. Miami Wilds, when complete, will be the first new entertainment project in the Miami area anchored by a waterpark.
