Cartagena, Colombia one of the America’s most historic cities privatized its port with the goal of expanding cargo and cruise traffic and enhance efficiencies.

Lambert Advisory created a strategic development plan for a multi-million dollar effort to bring retail to the cruise port at the Port of Cartagena. Lambert was responsible for developing the business plan, tenant identification, and all market/financial analysis associated with the development effort. Lambert completed a comprehensive market analysis identifying key market segments and tenant mix. Additionally, Lambert prepared a financial investment structure, phasing, and pro forma analysis.

Today, the Port of Cartagena’s retail center is among the highest grossing renters on a per square meter basis in the entire Caribbean basin.
