MANA, a large multi-industry conglomerate, has a long track record of successfully investing in creative ventures such as Milk Studios (Chelsea neighborhood of New York) and MANA Contemporary (Jersey City) and building value for investors both through the growth of the ventures and the real estate which they occupy. Indeed, the ventures have become such important anchor institutions in the neighborhoods in which they are located that they have created tremendous value for the surrounding property owners and neighborhood residents as well.

Lambert is developing the investor package for MANA to raise upwards of $1.0 billion in investment to complete the development of MANA Common, a multi-city multi-neighborhood venture which includes over 20 million square feet of development approvals in some of the most vibrant neighborhoods in which MANA has large holdings including Wynwood, Miami; Journal Square, Jersey City; and Downtown Miami. The MANA Common venture is a combination of real estate and seed capital investment combining MANA's expertise in both identifying and building value in ventures and purchasing well located undervalued real estate. MANA is systemically leveraging the value which can be catalyzed through the investment in MANA controlled or guided businesses in order to propel neighborhood revitalization and associated values.
